DANGEROUS PLACES

 Accident is one of the major reasons of death nowadays. Usually, it is in a form of vehicular accidents. Numerous number of persons died because of this.

There are places which are prone to accidents, places that are dangerous enough to kill somebody or anybody.

      In Sisigon, Matnog, Sorsogon there are accident-prone areas wherein there were many number of vehicular accidents that took place.

Vehicular Accident:

   There appears in the investigation conducted of Nov. 25 2013 at Brgy. Sisigon Matnog, Sorsogon between kilometer Post Nos. 632-633, Maharlika highway one (1) unit jeepney utility vehicle bearing plate Nr VES-743, registered in blvd. Sta. Mesa Sampaloc Manila, driven by Mr. Pernie Roquero Albia, 35 yrs old, married, with driver liscence no. D12-03-064498 valid until 2015-05-14 and a resident of 834 WELF CPD ADO Hills, Mandaluyong City enroute from Guian,  Eastern Samar to Manila loaded with 30 passengers whereupon reaching the descending curve of the highway.

The said driver was not able to have his vehicle under control due to unreasonable speed thereby causing the said vehicle to ran-out of the roadway and fell down into the road shoulder with a depth distance of more or less 10 meters resulting from the death of TSGT Ricardo Ulep Dayag, 47 yrs old, married, retired enlisted personnel of the Philippine Army and a resident of P-8 Trinidad Sabang Calbayog City and injuries to the following passengers and co-driver who were taken to the Hospital, to wit:

29. Certain Jodo, original driver of the said vehicle who was seriously injured and forwarded to BRTTH Hospital in Albay.

His son was also injured. 

 SPILL WAY

Another Dangerous place that we've searched for is the spillway located at Brgy. San Ramon.

Although it covers only a short area of the place, it is still one of the most dangerous part of the said barangay. Accident can happen anytime especially when flood occurs.

 Mrs. Benancia Balaguer, 45 years old, a resident of Brgy San Ramon leaving with 6 children near the spill way stated that there were accidents that happened on that area. One of the incidents that happened there was... 

      It was raining heavy and flood took place on the spill way with massive flow of water.

    A man named Bebencio Gobres also a resident on that brgy. was drunk that time from a wedding party, pushed himself and tried to cross the spill way but the force of water was too strong for him to pass through. After that incident, some of the incidents of the said Brgy. tried to look for him but until now he is nowhere to be found. According also to her there were more incidents that happened there and to her prediction more will happen.

        Another is the straight road from Brgy. Pawa to Brgy. Fabrica. 
This road witnessed an accident happened in March 03, 2014.

SELF ACCIDENT

 1462/Mar 3’14/3:00 AM 

On this time and date one (1) concern citizen named Randy Betiz, tricycle driver reported to this office that there was an accident at Fabrica, this municipality.

Those personnel of this office team 6d by SPO2 Narcito Gojo immediately proceeded to the said place to verity the veracity at the information. 

  

       March 3’14
       In relation to PBE nr. 1462 driver of the involved vehicle one (1) Richard Emmanuel Regragio y Pandes, 49, married, Engineer and a resident of L18 B18 progress home subd. Ph2 Cananan Cam. Sur. Appeared before this office and requested to put into record about the self accident transpired at Brgy. Fabrica this municipality at around 3:00 in the morning this date. That according to him while they were traveling from Naga to Bulan together with his passenger one (1) Renuel Ragrario y Pandes, brother of the a foresaid driver, single, 4, aid of Richard Ragrario with same residence alleged that he was going to evade a male person walking throughout the National high-way at Bulan.

      
    This municipality that 
resulted to bump the 

concrete post of street 
eight further he added he was

 driving in a good 
condition. And as a result he 

and his brother occurred 
eight injuries with their 
bodies

 and the involved vehicle 
was totally wrecked at 

front portion at the 
car including windshield front wheel 

that he requested this to put into record
